CAN I ASK YOU TO MAKE A PERSONALIZED CUSTOM ORDER?
I can realize a personalized work, that can be jewelry or something different.
After you tell me your request, I can advise what is possible to do, and also helping you to take a right decision if you may not be sure at all what you would like.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS REALLY HANDMADE?
Only handmade! I like to publish photos or videos of the carving steps on my social media, so you can see the unique pieces that is going to be at the end.
WHAT WOOD DO YOU USE FOR YOUR CREATIONS?
Any wood is different, for the color, textures, hardness, grain aspect and direction. Even one piece of wood could have different shades of color or the grain, so I choose the part where to make a design that could be right for a specific work that I am planning to do.
Most of my creations are in Italian beech wood, which has some particular parts with compact and irregular grain, it’s hard and not easy for working, but allows be to work on very small surface and does not break so easily like other wood. I use also chestnut,maple e walnut
Insted lime or tupelo that are more soften, that I prefer use for some bigger sculptures.
HOW DO I TAKE CARE ABOUT MY WOOD ARTISAN ITEMS?
The advice is to avoid prolonged contact with water, such as swimming or bathing. Water is the number one enemy of wood.
Over time the wood and the colors can lose their shine and become opaque, to make them shiny again you can use oil or beeswax for natural wooden objects
Instead, for colored objects you can brush on a layer of transparent water-based paint.
DO YOUR WOODEN NECKLACES AND PENDANTS BREAK EASILY?
To prevent the necklaces or pendants from breaking, I only use hard woods in particular: beech, maple, olive, all of Italian origin.
All finished items are sold without easy breakage points.
WHEN DO I PAY FOR PRE-ORDER/CUSTOM WORKS?
For Pre-order purchases,the TOTAL cost must be paid in advance.
The final result will be shown before being shipped.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
You will receive a tracking link in your email shipping of the shipping confirmation as soon as your package has been handed to our courier.

WHAT IF THE ORDER COMES DAMAGED?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURD POLICY?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
HOW LONG TIME DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

ABOUT THE WALKING STICK:
HOW TO DETERMINE CANE SIZE WHEN BUYING A CANE ?
There are several ways.
Choose 1 of these 3 easy methods of cane sizing before placing
your order
1.Measure the size of an existing cane
2.The user should stand naturally upright as much as possible.
Let their arms fall to the sides naturally with a normal relaxed bend at the elbow.(with correct posture)
Using a tape measure or yard stick measure the distance from their
wrist joint down to the floor.
3.Measure half the height of the user
This method it is not always exact.Choose this option at your own risk.
CAN THE LENGTH OF THE STICKS BE ADJUSTED TO A SPECIFIED MEASUREMENT?
Yes,all of my sticks/canes can be shortered by sawing off the extra
length.
The stick can then be finished off by adding a rubber ferrule.
N.B
Sticks/canes which have been customised(shortered or otherwise altered at purchasers request) cannot be returned.
Claims for refunds in such instances will not be entertained.
WHAT WOODS DO YOU USE?

When looking for the perfect hardwood to
create my walking sticks with, I came
to appreciate the characteristics of European Beech.
It is a wood that machines extremely well. It is easy
and clean to plane, rout, drill, sand and turn on
the lathe. It finishes to the most exacting standards and
specifications and is virtually the perfect hardwood.
It is what I now use in most of my work.
Our carved canes and sticks under 41" in length
Our hiking staffs between 40" and 49" in length
are made from European Beech.

For relief carvings,animal sculpt and the handles,I use a softer wood
I use tupelo wood,easy to work and paint,it has natural yellow colors
and beautiful veins.
CAN I SEND YOU A PICTURE OF MY PET?
Yes, I will work from customer supplied pet pictures to achieve as
much likeness as I can. There is no additional fee for this.

DO YOU CARVE OUT CUSTOM WORK?
I will work with the customer to create a unique and special product
stick or staff. This may involve not only a “new sculpture
drawing”, but it can also concern particular woods, spacers, etc.
I would be happy to discuss your ideas and
